In order to further development of market infrastructure in the Tashkent Province (Oblast), stimulation of increasing number of financially solvent enterprises of small and medium size business, attraction of direct foreign investments and utilization of foreign credit lines for small and medium size business bodies there has been established a nongovernmental financial investment company «TOSHVIL-INVEST Ltd» by a Decree of the Khokim(Governor) Number 56 dated 11.03.2002. Also one of the organizers of the creation of the current company is the State Property Department of Tashkent Province for the purpose of transferring the state shares of enterprises of Tashkent Province into trust management.

The Founders of the financial investment company «TOSHVIL-INVEST Ltd» are the Joint Stock Company «TOSHKENTVILOYATSAVDO», «InterConcepts, Inc.» (USA) and other physical persons. The Company was registered by the Government on 15.07.2002.,and has the following licenses issued by the Centre on Coordination and Control of Functioning of the Securities Market (SEC) of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

  • Investment company (License No. 922 dated 02.08.2002.)

  • Investment dealer (License No. 921 dated 02.08.2002.)

  • Nominal holder of securities (License No. 923 dated 02.08.2002.)

 The financial investment company «TOSHVIL-INVEST Ltd» has the higher qualified personnel (international standards economists, project finance specialists, brokers, securities market specialists) completed the special trainings and case-studies in developed countries.
